ph\u01b0\u01a1ng.<\/p>\n<p>V\u1edbi t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 gi\u00f3 trung b\u00ecnh t\u1eeb 7-8m\/s; s\u1ed1 gi\u1edd n\u1eafng h\u01a1n 2.800 gi\u1edd\/n\u0103m v\u00e0 b\u1ee9c x\u1ea1 h\u01a1n 1.800 kWh\/m2\/n\u0103m, Ninh Thu\u1eadn c\u00f3 nhi\u1ec1u ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng l\u00fd t\u01b0\u1edfng nh\u1ea5t t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam cho ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o.<\/p>\n<p>Ninh Thu\u1eadn \u0111\u00e3 quy ho\u1ea1ch ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n \u0111i\u1ec7n gi\u00f3, \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2020 v\u1edbi quy m\u00f4
