Trong d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o Quy ho\u1ea1ch \u0110i\u1ec7n VIII, \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb l\u1eadp quy ho\u1ea1ch v\u1eabn d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2030 s\u1ebd c\u00f3 kho\u1ea3ng 25.000-26.000 MW ngu\u1ed3n c\u00f4ng su\u1ea5t \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi, ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 m\u1ed7i n\u0103m t\u0103ng kho\u1ea3ng 1.000 MW.<\/p>\n<h2><em><strong>C\u01a1 s\u1edf n\u00e0o \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0a ra gi\u00e1 \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi \u00e1p m\u00e1i l\u00e0 5,2 &#8211; 5,8 cent\/kWh, th\u01b0a \u00f4ng?<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>M\u1ee9c gi\u00e1 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng tr\u00ean c\u01a1 s\u1edf c\u01a1 quan t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u, \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 v\u1ec1 s\u1ef1 thay \u0111\u1ed5i, ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o, gi\u00e1 thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u00e0 tr\u00ean th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0110\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean c\u00e1c t\u00ednh to\u00e1n t\u1eeb chi ph\u00ed \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0, chi ph\u00ed v\u1eadn h\u00e0nh s\u1eeda ch\u1eefa c\u1ee7a h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u0111i\u1ec7n, chi ph\u00ed l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t, t\u00ednh c\u1ea3 chi ph\u00ed vay v\u1ed1n, chi ph\u00ed \u0111\u1ea5u n\u1ed1i v\u00e0 \u0111\u1eddi s\u1ed1ng c\u1ee7a d\u1ef1 \u00e1n trong v\u00f2ng 20 n\u0103m.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>M\u1ee9c gi\u00e1 n\u00e0y c\u00f3 l\u1ee3i cho nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 hay b\u00ean mua \u0111i\u1ec7n?<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; M\u1ee9c gi\u00e1 n\u00e0y \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o h\u00e0i ho\u00e0 l\u1ee3i \u00edch c\u1ee7a c\u1ea3 nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 v\u00e0 \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb mua \u0111i\u1ec7n. V\u1edbi m\u1ee9c gi\u00e1 n\u00e0y, nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 kinh t\u1ebf r\u1ed3i.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f2n Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc c\u0169ng c\u00f3 l\u1ee3i v\u00ec c\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c gi\u00e1 \u0111i\u1ec7n h\u1ea5p d\u1eabn, l\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec7n s\u1ea1ch, m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng s\u1ea1ch, g\u00f3p ph\u1ea7n cung c\u1ea5p \u0111i\u1ec7n n\u0103ng cho \u0111\u1ea5t n\u01b0\u1edbc, gi\u1ea3m \u00e1p l\u1ef1c \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 l\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec7n, truy\u1ec1n t\u1ea3i v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n ph\u1ed1i \u0111i\u1ec7n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\u1ebd \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ea5u th\u1ea7u \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>N\u00eau quan \u0111i\u1ec3m v\u1ec1 c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf gi\u00e1 m\u1edbi, m\u1ed9t chuy\u00ean gia cho r\u1eb1ng, n\u00ean chuy\u1ec3n sang c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf FiT 3, theo h\u01b0\u1edbng th\u1ea5p \u0111i t\u1eeb 6,7 \u0111\u1ebfn 6,9 UScents\/kWh, \u00f4ng ngh\u0129, m\u1ee9c gi\u00e1 n\u00e0y c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 thi?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u0110\u1ee9ng tr\u00ean quan \u0111i\u1ec3m c\u1ee7a nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 th\u00ec\u2026 r\u1ea5t kh\u1ea3 thi. D\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o s\u1ebd ban h\u00e0nh trong n\u1eeda \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m nay.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8211; C\u1ea3m \u01a1n nh\u1eefng chia s\u1ebb c\u1ee7a \u00f4ng!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Theo s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea c\u1ee7a EVN t\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m 2020, t\u1ed5ng c\u00f4ng su\u1ea5t l\u1eafp \u0111\u1eb7t ngu\u1ed3n \u0111i\u1ec7n to\u00e0n h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ea1t 69.300 MW, t\u0103ng g\u1ea7n 14.000 MW so v\u1edbi n\u0103m 2019. Trong \u0111\u00f3, t\u1ed5ng c\u00f4ng su\u1ea5t c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n \u0111i\u1ec7n n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o l\u00e0 17.430 MW (t\u0103ng 11.780 MW so v\u1edbi n\u0103m 2019) v\u00e0 chi\u1ebfm t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng 25,3%. Quy m\u00f4 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u0111i\u1ec7n Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u1ee9ng th\u1ee9 2 khu v\u1ef1c ASEAN v\u00e0 th\u1ee9 23 th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Ngu\u1ed3n:
